How did you meet Coach Rich Johns?
I met Coach Johns for the first time when I was in 4th grade cheerleading for Pop Warner, he came to talk to all the Pop Warner teams about the “What’s your 99%”. I have always loved to hear his talks. They all have made such a huge impact. I have listened to many of Coach Johns speeches, he spoke at my middle school a couple of times, he also spoke for the Student Athlete Leadership Team last winter. No matter how many times I have heard Coach he always brings something different and each talk has brought lasting impact on me.

How has the Act With Respect Always mission affected you personally?
The Act With Respect always mission has shaped me into the person I am today. Knowing that if I can do my best to make someone’s day just a little bit better, than it previously was, then I feel accomplished. It is so important in today’s world to lift and support people because you never know what is going on with someone “behind the scenes”, of their life. It is so important that you oversee your own “energy bus”, and always be ready to help others.
Please share with us how you have, or will in the future “Pay it Forward”
